Welcome to Quail Park
Portland, Oregon
Portland, Oregon
Quail Park is located in a secluded, wooded area of southwest Portland, home to walking trails, a creek, and regular wildlife sightings. The neighborhood was designed to be park-like and in harmony with the natural landscape. Quail Post Road is a private road and can be accessed from SW Huber St. from the south, and SW Lancaster Road from the north. Homes located on the east side of Quail Post Road have even number addresses and homes on the west side of Quail Post Road have odd number addresses. Drivers are urged to proceed slowly and carefully when driving in Quail Park as the area is popular for walking with children and pets.
As of January 2023, dues are $125/month.
Payment is due on the first day of each month. Monthly dues cover maintenance of streetlights, trails, streets, common areas, and general association expenses.
Quail Post Road is narrow and winding, and street parking is extremely limited. Street parking is NOT allowed at ANY time on any side road, cul-de-sac or loop. Overnight parking is not allowed on any roads in Quail Park. The HOA may levy fines or tow vehicles in violation of parking rules. Residents are responsible for communicating these parking rules to their guests. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the board.
