Quail Park does not use an external management company for governing the HOA. Management of the community is handled by a Board of Directors consisting of five to seven homeowners elected to two-year terms. Elections take place each year at the Quail Park Annual Homeowners' Meeting, which is typically held on the second Tuesday in November.
The board meets at least once a month and homeowners are welcome to attend. Please email the board in advance of the meeting to RSVP.
