Dues & Assessments

Monthly Dues

As of January 2023, monthly dues are $125 dollars per month.  

Dues are DUE on the FIRST day of the month and will be subject to late fees if not received by the 10th day of the month.  

Dues cover landscaping and maintenance of common areas, repairs and maintenance of common infrastructure, street light electricity, water/ irrigation of common areas, and the administrative costs of running the association.

Dues may be paid ahead up to a year in advance, but there is not a discount for doing so. 

How to Pay Dues

• Click & Pay - use the electronic payment option within your monthly invoice email. This is the preferred method. 

• Zelle - Use our email address qpaboardportland@gmail.com

• Personal check - Mail to Quail Park Association, PO Box 19441 Portland, OR 97280-0441 or drop in the QPA mail slot in Mailbox E on Quail Post Road. Make sure your Quail Park address is on the check so that we can apply the payment to the right account!

• Use your bank's online bill pay to have them send us a check.  Please be sure to schedule these well ahead of the due date to ensure it reaches us in time.  

Bookkeeping

Who does the HOA's bookkeeping?

As of May 2023, we are using Theia Accounting for professional bookkeeping services.  The QPA Treasurer works closely with our bookkeeper. 

We use Schwindt & Co. for our taxes, and Gusto for payroll services for our one employee (landscaping/maintenance). 

From December 2022 - April 2023, we used Shamrock Community Management for professional bookkeeping, before making the switch to Theia Accounting.  Prior to that, the QPA Treasurer handled all of the bookkeeping for the HOA.
